Warranties are only valid on presentation of an original Electric Wholesalers tax invoice and the warranty is strictly valid from date of purchase to end of warranty period. If an item was not installed by a qualified installer then a proof of installation tax invoice from a VAT registered qualified installer is also required to validate the warranty.

We strongly discourage the use of unqualified personnel to install these goods without the qualification to do so, as this may affect your warranty, and could cause damage to the goods purchased.
Out of warranty goods may also be repaired at your expense at our discretion. Repairs not collected within 3 months will be sold to recover repair costs.

*Items not specified above are automatically sold without any warranties unless specified otherwise on the invoice.

Please note: For products where there is no warranty offered by our suppliers for a particular reason then we regrettably cannot offer a warranty to you. We request that you always confirm the warranty conditions and warranty period before completing a purchase.

Goods with a factory fault within 14 calendar days from date of purchase, will be replaced with an identical unit, if available, once the defective unit has been returned and assessed. This is only if the unit has no damage and/or scratches (even slight scratches) and is returned with all its original packaging in its original condition. Please retain all original packaging as suppliers do require this.  

The warranty only covers factory faults and not faults caused by incorrect wiring, negligence, abuse or acts of nature e.g. water damage or insect infestation etc.  Warranty generally also excludes remote controls, cracked LCD displays and broken or damaged clips, hooks, zips or pins.
